Senior Process Development Scientist, Fermentation
Own DoE-driven fed-batch optimization across E. coli and Pichia programs, from micro-scale screening through pilot-scale verification. PhD plus 3+ years industrial fermentation preferred.
GMP Manufacturing Associate II, Downstream
Execute GMP recovery and purification operations — centrifugation, homogenization, chromatography and TFF — under cGMP. BS in life sciences and clean-room experience required.
Analytical Scientist, Method Development
Develop and validate phase-appropriate methods for identity, purity, impurity and potency. Hands-on with HPLC, CE-SDS and HCP/residual-DNA assays. MSc/PhD with 2+ years in biologics QC/AD.
Strain Engineering Lead
Lead host and clone selection and construct engineering on the FoldForge platform, tackling difficult-to-express targets. Deep microbial molecular biology and team leadership experience essential.
